表示価格はすべて税込価格です。/ All prices include 10% consumption tax.

All plans are billed monthly. Service content and features may vary by plan.

インターネット接続にかかる通信費はお客様の負担となります。

Internet connection costs are to be borne by the customer.

クレジットカード決済（VISA / MasterCard / AMEX / JCB）※Stripe経由

Payments can be made via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB) through Stripe.

クレジットカード決済: 契約申込時または更新時に即時決済されます。

Credit card payments are charged immediately upon contract subscription or renewal.

契約締結および支払確認後、アカウント発行完了時より即時利用可能。

Service will be available upon completion of account issuance after payment confirmation.

原則1ヶ月または1年単位の契約。自動更新契約の場合、更新日の30日前までに解約の申し出がない限り、自動的に更新されます。

The standard contract term is one month or one year. For auto-renewal contracts, the term will renew automatically unless cancellation is made at least 30 days before the renewal date.

• マイページまたはメールでいつでも解約申請可能。
• 契約期間途中での解約による返金は原則不可。
• 重大な契約違反がある場合、当社は契約を解除できるものとします。

Cancellation requests can be made at any time via the user dashboard or email. No refund will be provided for mid-term cancellations. Contracts may be terminated if significant breach of terms is identified.

本サービスはSaaS（クラウド）形式のため、提供開始後のキャンセル・返金は原則できません。ただし、サービスに重大な瑕疵が認められる場合、個別に協議の上対応いたします。

As this is a cloud-based SaaS service, cancellations or refunds after service activation are not accepted, except in cases of verified major defects or service failures.

Stripeで決済を行った場合は、Stripe上で領収書が自動発行されます。

Receipts are automatically issued via Stripe upon payment.

• ネットワーク環境：安定したインターネット接続（10Mbps以上推奨）

Supported browsers: Latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox. Stable internet connection (10Mbps or higher) is recommended.

本表記およびサービス利用契約は日本法に準拠します。 紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, Japan.
